Forklift Electronics · Repair & Diagnostics · UAE
A forklift failure in a busy warehouse isn’t just an inconvenience, it disrupts your whole operation. Before spending on a new controller, let us diagnose it properly. We repair traction controllers, hydraulic controllers, battery management systems, and charger electronics at the component level.
WHAT YOU’RE DEALING WITH
The forklift throws a fault code and won’t move. Or the charger isn’t charging. Or the hydraulics stopped responding.
Forklift electronics failures come in a few forms. Sometimes it’s immediate: the truck stops completely and won’t reset. Sometimes it’s gradual: reduced speed, weak lifting, error codes that come and go. Sometimes the fault isn’t on the truck at all; it’s the charger failing to bring the battery up properly, and by morning the truck is flat.
Whatever the symptom, the instinct is often to call the OEM dealer. They’ll either tell you the controller needs to be replaced, at a cost that makes you wince or they’ll quote you weeks for a new part.
We offer an alternative. Mechcore repairs forklift electronics at the component level. We find the fault, fix it, test it, and get your truck back to work, usually faster and at significantly lower cost than OEM replacement.
FORKLIFT ELECTRONICS WE SERVICE
The traction controller decides how the forklift moves: speed, direction, torque. When it fails, the truck won’t drive. We diagnose and repair traction controllers at the component level, replacing faulty MOSFETs, gate driver circuits, current sensors, and logic boards.
Supported brands: Toyota, Crown, Linde, Jungheinrich, Hyster, Yale, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, Nissan, BT
Hydraulic controller failure stops lifting functions completely or makes them erratic. We repair the driver boards, solenoid output circuits, and feedback interfaces in hydraulic controllers.
The BMS protects your battery and communicates state of charge, temperature, and cell health. A faulty BMS can prevent charging, show incorrect charge levels, trigger false shutdowns, or fail to protect the battery from damaging conditions.
A forklift is only as good as its last charge. If the charger isn’t delivering correctly: wrong voltage, wrong current, stopping early, or not starting at all, your truck won’t be ready when you need it. We repair industrial charger control boards, rectifier stages, and communication interfaces.
When the operator display shows nothing, corrupted text, or freezes mid-operation, the truck becomes unworkable. We repair the display electronics and operator interface boards.
Forklifts have seat switches, seatbelt interlocks, stability controls, and pedestrian detection systems built into their safety architecture. When these electronics fault incorrectly, the truck locks out. We diagnose and repair forklift safety electronics.
REPAIR VS REPLACE | THE NUMBERS
We’re not saying repair is always the answer. If a controller is genuinely beyond repair, we’ll tell you. But in most cases, the fault is a single failed component: a MOSFET, a capacitor, a driver IC that costs a small fraction of the controller’s replacement price.
FOR FLEET OPERATORS
If you operate a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics facility with multiple forklifts, reactive repairs aren’t your only option. We work with fleet operators on structured repair and inspection programmes that reduce unexpected breakdowns and extend the working life of your equipment electronics.

MULTI-BRAND COVERAGE
Don’t see your brand? Contact us. Our coverage extends beyond this list.
SIMPLE PROCESS
Call, WhatsApp, or use our fault form. Tell us the brand, model, and what the truck is doing (or not doing). Photo of the error code helps, send it on WhatsApp.
For most forklift repairs, we work on the removed controller, charger, or display unit, not the whole truck. Remove the unit and bring it to us, or arrange collection.
We test the unit fully on our bench, replicating the operating conditions it would see in the truck. We identify the exact fault, component, circuit, board.
Written quotation with the fault found, work to be done, and cost. Clear and upfront before any repair starts.
We repair at component level and test under load. The unit passes our functional check before we call it done.
Unit returned with service documentation. Plug it back in, it should work. If anything isn’t right, we’re here.
FAQS
Get a second opinion first. In our experience, many controllers quoted for replacement are actually repairable. We’ll tell you honestly whether repair is viable once we inspect it.
Yes. Older controllers are often our most requested repairs precisely because OEM replacements are no longer available. We source obsolete components and have repaired controllers for trucks that have been out of production for 15+ years.
If you’re not sure how, don’t force it. Contact us and we can advise, or arrange for one of our team to assist. For some models, the controller is straightforward to remove; for others, it requires care.
Usually yes. A completely dead charger is often a failed power supply board, a blown fuse path, or a failed control board, all repairable at component level.
Yes. Lithium BMS repair is increasing as more lithium-equipped forklifts come into the field. Contact us with the battery brand and model and we’ll assess what’s involved.
Sourcing obsolete components is part of our service. We cross-reference parts, use specialist suppliers, and where a component is truly irreplaceable, we advise on the closest viable alternative.
CONCLUSION
Tell us the fault. Send us the unit. We’ll diagnose it honestly, repair it precisely, and get it back to you working.
