Industrial Electronic Repair · Chip-Level · UAE
Most workshops replace the whole board. We go deeper, diagnosing and repairing at the chip and component level so you pay for what’s actually broken, not what’s easiest to swap.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You’ve got a machine down. The fault has been traced to an electronic control board; maybe a drive, a PLC module, a display unit, or a custom PCB. You call the manufacturer. They either don’t support it anymore, or the lead time is weeks, or the replacement costs more than you want to spend.
Meanwhile, the equipment is idle. The production line is waiting. Or the generator isn’t running. Or the forklift is parked.
This is exactly why Mechcore exists.
We repair industrial electronics at the component and chip level. That means we identify the specific transistor, capacitor, IC, or driver that has failed and we fix it. Not the whole board. The actual fault.
OUR REPAIR CAPABILITIES
Your control board is the brain of the machine. When it fails from heat damage, power surge, moisture, or age: we strip it down, test it component by component, and rebuild it to spec.
Modules drive cards, I/O cards, interface boards, relay modules are expensive from OEM and often discontinued. We repair the module, not replace it.
A failed power supply affects every system it feeds. We repair switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), DC-DC converters, and UPS internal boards.
When the operator screen goes dark or shows corrupted data, the whole machine becomes unworkable. We repair the electronics behind the display, not just the glass.
Modules drive cards, I/O cards, interface boards, relay modules are expensive from OEM and often discontinued. We repair the module, not replace it.
The OEM stopped making it five years ago. Nobody stocks it. We’ve heard this before — and we fix it anyway. Sourcing obsolete components is part of what we do.
INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
We repair industrial electronics across every sector that depends on them.

OUR REPAIR PROCESS
Call, WhatsApp, or use our fault form. Tell us the equipment, the symptom, and any error codes. No long forms. No lengthy back-and-forth before we even look at it.
Your unit comes into our workshop. We carry out a full chip-level inspection: visual, instrument-based, and functional testing. We find the actual fault, not a guess.
Before we repair anything, you receive a written fault report. What failed, why it failed, what we'll do, and what it will cost. No surprises.
Our technicians carry out the repair using quality industrial-grade components. We don't patch, we fix.
Every repaired board goes through functional testing that replicates its operating conditions. It doesn't leave until it performs correctly.
You receive the repaired unit and a service report covering the fault found, work carried out, components replaced, and test results.
THE MECHCORE DIFFERENCE
| Board Swap | Mechcore Chip-Level Repair |
|---|---|
| Cost: Full OEM board price often expensive | Pay for the faulty component only |
| Lead Time: Weeks if OEM stocks it | Days from our workshop |
| Obsolete Parts: “Not available” | We source and repair anyway |
| Root Cause: Unknown, same fault may return | Identified, documented, eliminated |
| Documentation: Usually none | Full service report every time |
When you swap a board without diagnosing the root cause, you risk the same failure happening again. When we repair at chip level, we know exactly what failed, why it failed, and what we did to fix it. That’s a repair, not a replacement.
Mechore ElectroTech Solutions was built on real workshop experience, not theory. We started with heavy equipment and generators, and expanded because the same problem kept appearing across every industry: electronics failing, OEM parts unavailable or overpriced, and no one able to repair at the right level. We became that option.
FAQS
Yes. Many of the boards we repair have no publicly available schematic. Our engineers reverse-trace circuits, identify component functions from their behaviour, and locate faults through instrument testing, not documentation.
We tell you. If we inspect a board and find it is not the source of the fault, we say so and advise on what might be. You only pay for what we find and fix, not for assumptions.
Most standard repairs are completed within 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the unit and approval of the quotation. Complex or multi-fault boards may take longer, we advise on lead time before work begins.
Yes. All repairs carry our standard repair warranty covering components and workmanship. Ask our team for full warranty terms.
For most repairs, the unit needs to come to our workshop. In some cases, particularly for large, fixed installations, we can attend your site. Contact us to discuss.
Sourcing obsolete components is part of our service. We cross-reference parts, use specialist suppliers, and where a component is truly irreplaceable, we advise on the closest viable alternative.
CONCLUSION
Whether it’s a burnt PCB, a failed module, a dead power supply, or a board that suddenly stopped working, send us the details. Our team will inspect the fault, identify the real cause, and give you a clear answer before any repair work begins.
Instead of replacing the full board blindly, Mechcore helps you understand what failed, why it failed, and what it will take to fix it properly.
