On-Site Industrial Electronic Diagnostics & Technical Support UAE | Mechore

Some equipment can’t be transported. Some faults are best diagnosed in the environment where they happen. Mechore provides on-site electronic diagnostics and technical support for industrial equipment across the UAE — bringing the right tools and the right experience to your facility.

WHEN A WORKSHOP VISIT ISN’T THE ANSWER

The machine is fixed to the floor. The generator is on the roof. The crane is on site. You can't take it anywhere

Not every electronic fault can be resolved by removing a module and sending it to a workshop. Some equipment is too large to move.

Some faults only occur in the specific conditions of the operating environment; temperature, load, vibration, or voltage supply and don’t replicate on a bench. Some facilities need a fault diagnosed without any interruption to other operations.

For these situations, Mechore’s on-site support service brings diagnostic capability directly to your location. We attend your facility, carry out the electronic assessment in-situ, and provide you with a clear fault finding and recommended course of action.

WHAT WE DO ON-SITE

Full Electronic Diagnostics | Where the Equipment Lives

Service 1: On-Site Fault Diagnostics

We carry portable diagnostic equipment: oscilloscopes, network analysers, multimeters, PLC connection tools, and brand-specific diagnostic interfaces to your facility and diagnose the fault in the equipment’s operating environment.

  • Electronic fault diagnosis in-situ
  • CAN bus and network scanning
  • PLC and controller live data monitoring
  • Sensor and signal tracing
  • Power quality and voltage measurement

Service 2: Factory & Production Line Support

For production facilities with automation systems, we provide on-site electronic support: diagnosing faults on running or halted lines, assisting with restart after failures, and troubleshooting complex multi-system faults.

  • PLC and drive diagnostics on the line
  • Fault tracing across machine networks
  • Post-repair restart support
  • Liaison with maintenance and engineering teams

Service 3: Generator Room Diagnostics

Generator control electronics are best assessed with the generator running. We attend your plant room, connect to the generator electronics, and carry out a full running diagnostic: voltage regulation, controller function, AMF operation, and engine parameter review.

  • Running generator electronic assessment
  • AVR performance verification
  • AMF and ATS transfer testing
  • Controller parameter review and logging

Service 4: Construction & Field Site Visits

For heavy plant and construction equipment on an active site, we attend the machine, connect to the electronic systems, and carry out full diagnostics without needing to move the equipment.

  • Crane, excavator, and heavy plant diagnostics on-site
  • CAN bus and J1939 network tracing
  • ECU and controller fault diagnosis in-situ
  • Hydraulic control electronics assessment

Service 5: Warehouse & Logistics Facility Support

For forklift fleets, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment in warehouses, we provide on-site diagnostics and repair support, minimising the need to remove equipment from an active facility.

  • Forklift diagnostics without controller removal
  • Conveyor and sorter electronics on-site
  • BMS and charger assessment in the charging bay
  • Fleet walkthrough inspection

Service 6: Emergency Callout

When equipment fails unexpectedly and operations are affected immediately, we provide emergency on-site response. Tell us the location and fault, we coordinate attendance as fast as possible.

  • Emergency response for critical equipment failures
  • Same-day and next-day attendance where possible
  • Priority treatment for facilities where downtime has major impact
  • Written fault report on-site or same day

TYPICAL ON-SITE SCENARIOS

Situations Where On-Site Support Is the Right Call

Some faults cannot be diagnosed properly from a workshop. When the machine, load, environment, or site conditions matter, we come to you.

01

“The crane stopped mid-lift.”

On an active construction site, you can't move a 200-tonne crane to a workshop. We attend site, connect to the crane electronics, and diagnose the fault in the field.

02

“The production line has a ghost fault.”

The fault appears under production load and disappears when the machine is stopped. The only way to find it is to be there when it happens. We connect to the control system and monitor live.

03

“The generator room is always at full temperature.”

Generator electronics diagnostics are more accurate with the set running. We attend your plant room, carry out a running assessment, and check AVR performance under load.

04

“The whole forklift fleet is in the warehouse.”

You have twelve forklifts and three are showing faults. You can't take them all out of service. We come to your warehouse and work through them systematically.

HOW IT WORKS

We Coordinate, Attend, Diagnose, Report

Step 1 | Briefing Call:

Tell us the equipment, the fault, and your location. We discuss access requirements, any site safety requirements, and confirm attendance timing.

Step 2 | We Attend Your Site:

Our engineer arrives with portable diagnostic equipment appropriate for your specific equipment type.

Step 3 | Safe Isolation and Connection:

We follow your site safety procedures: permit to work, isolation, PPE requirements. We connect to the electronic systems safely.

Step 4 | Diagnostic Session :

We carry out a systematic electronic diagnostic: live data, network scan, component testing as accessible and identify the fault cause.

Step 5 | Repair Recommendation:

Where the fault requires component repair in our workshop, we advise on removal and logistics. Where on-site repair is possible, we quote and carry out immediately or schedule appropriately.

FAQs

Questions About On-Site Technical Support

How quickly can you attend site?

For non-emergency visits, we aim to attend within 1–3 working days. For emergencies, we coordinate the fastest possible response. Speak to us directly for urgent situations.

Do you cover all areas of the UAE?

Yes. We cover the UAE. For remote or specialist site access requirements, advise us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What safety requirements do you work under on industrial sites?

We are familiar with standard industrial site safety requirements: permit to work, isolation procedures, PPE, hot work permits, and confined space protocols. Advise us of your site requirements when booking.

Can you carry out repairs on-site, or is it diagnostics only?

Some repairs can be carried out on-site: particularly wiring, connector, sensor replacements, and some board-level work. More complex PCB and component repairs return to our workshop. We advise on the best approach for each fault.

Do you charge for the on-site visit separately from the repair?

Our on-site visit is quoted transparently: site attendance, diagnostic work, and any repair work are all quoted separately so you know what you’re paying for.

CONCLUSION

Tell Us Where You Are. We'll Come to You.

When your equipment cannot leave the site, Mechore brings the diagnostic support to you. From production lines and generator rooms to cranes, forklifts, and industrial control systems, our on-site technical support helps you identify faults clearly, reduce downtime, and plan the right repair with confidence.

Book an on-site visit today and let our team assess the problem where it actually happens.
